Life in Wisconsin....

Cheese....CHOCOLATE FUDGE CHEESE--yes there is such a thing and it is DIVINE!

After 18 years of visiting our family here in Wisconsin, we finally thought it time to visit a couple of cheese factories! MMMM>......how awesome. My favorite? Chocolate of course...and I highly recommend you try it--it has walnuts in it too and strangely reminds one of brownies/fudge. It is really so very good!

I also brought up 18 mini-loaves of Amish bread, amish cornbread and amish brownies (made with the same starter as the breads of course!)...wonder why I brought so much? Well, it seems I ended up with 4 bags of starter left after our last batch of bread for the youth....well, as you may know it multiplies and ended up being 20 new bags of starter! ehhehee....I love this stuff! Holy cow! I gave away 2 bags of starter, baked with 5 and froze the rest for later use. What is wrong with me?

Will have to post so photos later on....when I get home that is. I have tons from my MIL's flower garden. A few from the cheese factory and who knows what else I will come up with before we head home to KY!
